Heroes Of Newerth: Spot On!

S2 games have really made a fantastic job with the title Heroes of Newerth. HoN is an addictive real time strategy game that Empire members are all spending hours every week playing together. S2 games are once again doing a fantastic job of interacting with gamers via their official homepage. They're also adding new heroes and updates to the game regularly so that gamers won't get bored of the game very easily.

I've never liked games such as DOTA. Maybe it is because I never have given the game a try. But you don't need to be an old DOTA player to enjoy Heroes of Newerth. Give the game a try, and after 3-4 games when you start to get a hold of it, you will love it. I can say to all gamers out there, doens't matter if you are a FPS, strategy, RPG, or even a sport games player. Give Heroes of Newerth a shot, and you will not regret it. The competitive features inside the game is fantastic. Bring your clan and start a game, play public, or why not even ranked matches?

Members needs to understand why Empires is so attached to this game at the moment... Every game is like a match (scrim). It is not a level up game like golf as many thinks, even if yu gain levels during the game, but you always start from 1 - 25. We Empires have been missing the competitive gameplay, cause MW2 and BFBC2 just failed as a clangame (atleast for the moment). So this game is as close we can get to the old match feelings as possible.

Everyone should try this game, its fun and you get easily addicted.

I've already played some matches in HoN before, when it was still in Beta, and really don't agree with you that everyone's gonna love it! I also played DOTA once or twice in the past, it's not the kind of game I like.

I, myself, prefer match games in FPS games. Best feelings I had when we (as a clan) were playing SOF2 CTF like crazy; those were the best times ever.-

I agree, was good times back then... But to like a game, you need to spend time on it. Playing all your life FPS games, then switchng to something like HoN, offcourse you wont like it at start, but hey, the more you play it, the more addictive you get.

not really true mate. for me it was completely opposite. I like HoN cause it's not another FPS game which-to be honest with you-I'm fed up with. Needed a change and HoN delivers that brilliantly.

I dont agree with Thanatos aswell, You played HON 3-5 times not enough to learn a game like this1.
And ofc fps is better but market doesnt give us the kind of fps games i like, like cod4 bf2 sof, last games like bad company and modern warfare sucks like hell...
Hope new fps game gonna come out soon that every1 likes so we can play wars lke before but like i see it last years have been a fail since cod4....
HoN is an exelent game that you can all play toghether like a team, and we are doing it at nights loads of us...
Its a cheap game and guys in clan who didnt try the beta version did a fail cause they probably would like the game, and now they dont know if its good to buy it or not.
For myself i never liked this kind of games but this 1 is good and i am happy that i have a game that i like and can play cause without this game i would wank now cause i would not play modern warfare or bad company anymore,doesnt give me a shit anymore.
TRY IT ITS CHEAP!!!
