The APB beta server will be online for five whole days between the 18th and 22nd of January. As part of this five day play test, we’ll be holding a daily screenshot competition!

Every day, we’d like players to send a screenshot taken during their time in the game. The following day, we’ll go through the screenshots submitted, uploading our two favourites to the beta.apb.com site.

At the end of the week, we’ll announce an overall winner, who’ll receive a Steel Series 5H v2 Pro gaming headset! There'll also be a runner up prize of a Steel Series gaming surface.

So, to be in with a chance of winning, send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and include two screenshots. The main screenshot is the one you want to enter. This can be whatever you want. As long as it’s in the game world and the HUD is removed (which you can do by pressing the ‘end’ key in game). Remember, you can use the ‘pause/break’ key to take a screenshot in game, which will be stored in your installation directory.

The second screenshot must be the same shot (or as close as possible for action shots) with the HUD in place.

Send both of these screenshots to the above email address, using the subject ‘screenshot competition’ and the date. Remember to include your account name in the email, as well as a brief description of why you took the screenshot! It’s important to note that all screenshots must be sent on the day they were taken.

We’ll announce the winners on the website and forums every morning around 11AM. The final winner will be announced on Monday 25th January.
