hello guys:)
i was playing today a little bit, then my pc just switch off, no bsod, i cant start it now. lights on power supply and motherboard working but nothing happening when i press start on case or start on motherboard, no fans working, no beeping, nothing. i spoke with my friend, he told me it looks like faulty motherboard, what do you think guys, any idea? he thinks if power supply is wrong then there is no light, if cpu is fucked then probably pc start and make some beeping....so maybe motherboard? i tried to switch off pc for few hours, nothing changed. i have quaranty on motherboard, bought it just last month so im going to send it back later this week. worst thing im alone at home whole week so im going to be crazy without my pc....that sucks.....so what do you think, any help? |

well before sending back your motherboard you could try using badboys powersuply on your pc. if it's not working it must be your motherboad then. hope you will get it working asap

zup mikro,
Hard to tell from here what to do but there is a few things you usually do when you having problems with the pc: *Take out the memory "ram" one by one and try to start *Plug out the graphic card and then try or soundcard *Try other spare parts (if you have any) By trying to plug out part by part and trying to start you can see if it's a part or if it's many parts that's fucked up. But it might be the power supply as well, even if you have lights. Cause it may not have power enough to send to other parts if it's broken. Hope you fix your pc soon /RAGE |

Can you please post the specs of your PC? I think you need at least a 500W good power supply for the graphic card you have (ati 5770?). Buy a decent power supply; I would recommend one from Seasonic, Tagan, Enermax, Thermaltake or Corsair. *EDIT: in case you wanna buy a second 5770 later and run them in Crossfire, no problem for a good 600W PSU, it will be enough for them! |
