AM3 or intel. I have a small budget @ the moment. But i've bought windows 7 ultimate update for 50 euro (legal version). and my ati 5850 is running like a grandma on xp.
So i was thinking AM3 is cheap but is it also good? Or is intel the front runner.
Hope you guys can help me. The max that i wanna spent is 250 euro. only for mainboard and cpu.

I saw that AM3 runs with ddr2 and ddr3 memmory....

You can get an i5 CPU for about £150 and a good mobo for £60-80...

Why would anyone be interested in buying Windows 7 "authentic", except if you are in a enterprise or something. The one tat buys Windows 7 or any Windows at all, for personal use (at home) must be stupid or not familiar with the internet

lol yesterday i've bought this mainboard for €6,37: Asus Maximus III Extreme.
muhahhahahahha i've orderd it. They have the wrong price @ the website.
If i get the mainboard it's gonna be a i5. if not i dont know yet.
