Teamspeak 3 IP has changed

Our Teamspeak 3 server ip has changed. The new ip is: 94.23.200.198:9989. We still use the same password.

The reason why we are making a clean install is to get all the permissions of the members correct from start, such as avatar upload, file uploads, private message rights e.t.c.
